The last few years have been trying for us all. We’ve learned how to appreciate the small things like quality time with loved ones, and we’ve all had to understand that our health and wellness can no longer be an afterthought but a priority.

A few years ago, I decided to turn my pain into my platform when I found myself fighting for my life because of a multitude of stressors. I remember the days when I was pulling out clumps of my hair at home, while sobbing and asking “what now”.

My faith, my family, and my wigs helped me build and maintain my confidence during one of the most challenging seasons in my life.
